### What is included in the price?
The price covers full privatization of the Sénang for 2 hours, the skipper, fuel, safety equipment, and the drinks/food specified in your chosen package (BYO in Découverte; champagne in Champagne; champagne + appetizer boards in Premium; tailored in Sur Mesure). No hidden fees.

### Are prices per person or per group?
All prices are **per group, not per person**. The 420€ Découverte covers up to 6 guests — so for a couple, it is still 420€ total. For groups of 7 to 12, an additional per-person fee applies (+70€ in Découverte, +80€ in Champagne, +100€ in Premium).

### How long does a cruise last?
2 hours, including boarding and disembarkation. Longer cruises (3 or 4 hours) are available on request via Sur Mesure.

### Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes. The Découverte formula is BYO by design. You can also bring additional wine/champagne, birthday cake, decorations to any formula. The boat has a cooler and glassware. Please let us know in advance for setup.

### What is the departure point?
Port de l'Arsenal, Paris 12e — at the foot of the Place de la Bastille. Metro: Bastille (lines 1, 5, 8) or Quai de la Rapée (line 5). Parking available nearby (paid). The port has the calm water of a marina, no strong current — a great advantage for boarding comfortably.

### What happens if the weather is bad?
The Sénang has a fully enclosed, heated indoor cabin with panoramic windows, so rain or cold does not cancel the cruise. In the very rare case of extreme weather (flooding of the Seine, ice, or storms closing the river to navigation), we reschedule free of charge.

Yes. The boat has a Bluetooth speaker — connect your phone and play your playlist. Volume must remain reasonable to respect neighbors along the river.

### What is the cancellation policy?

Smoking is allowed on the outdoor top deck only, not inside the cabin. Vaping follows the same rule.

Champagne is included in Champagne, Premium, and Guided packages (1 bottle for 4 guests). Découverte is BYO (you bring whatever you want — wine, champagne, soft drinks). Additional wine/spirits can be added at cost or brought by the guest.
