In order to benefit from the services offered by Un bateau à Paris, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Ces conditions régissent les ventes d’excursions proposées par la société. Booking a tour implies full acceptance of our terms and conditions.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
– The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of Un Bateau à Paris, after receipt of full payment for the service. Payment implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale when booking online.
– Reservations are only binding onUn Bateau à Paris, if they have been accepted by its reservation service, which Un Bateau à Paris has not done. is free to make or refuse a reservation, depending on availability, and in general on any circumstances likely to affect the execution of the reservation.
Un Bateau à Paris offers family-oriented excursions on the Seine, in the traditional sense of the word, as its boats are specially designed for this purpose. Un Bateau à Parisreserves the right to refuse any booking which is contrary to this principle, or which seeks to deviate from it.
– Booking an excursion is strictly personal. It may not be transferred, in whole or in part, without the prior consent ofUn Bateau à Paris.
RATES
– Prices shown are valid for the 2024 season. They correspond to an excursion whose duration and times are fixed in advance and for a number of passengers initially indicated at the time of booking. Prices are in euros, including VAT and port taxes.
– Un Bateau à Paris reserves the right to refuse access to the boats to groups or families arriving with a greater number of participants than initially declared at the time of booking.
– Given the vagaries of navigation on the Seine (locks, traffic, weather, etc.), the actual navigation time may fluctuate by a minimum of 15 minutes more or less than the theoretical time initially planned. The customer agrees to accept this principle, without being able to claim any compensation for early or late disembarkation of passengers.
RESERVATION AND ORDER REGISTRATION TERMS OF PAYMENT
Full payment for the service must be made at the time of booking, either by paying directly from the website at the time of booking, or on receipt of an invoice issued by Un Bateau à Paris.
The reservation is blocked for 24 hours from the date the invoice is sent electronically. After this deadline, and unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer, the reservation will be considered null and void if full payment for the service has not been received by the customer by this deadline.
NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Conformément à l’article L.121-19 du code de la consommation, Un Bateau à Paris informs its customers that the sale of services provided on a specific date, or according to a specific schedule, is not subject to the 14-day cooling-off period.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
1. Changing your reservation
The customer may request changes to the excursion package (date, times, number of passengers, additional services) upon written request toUn Bateau à Paris (by post or e-mail) up to 10 days before the date of the excursion. In the absence of availability offered by Un Bateau à Paris, the customer must carry out the excursion under the original booking conditions. No postponements will be accepted for the following season.
2. No-show at boarding, shortened services
Failure to show up for embarkation, or an interrupted or shortened tour due to your own fault (late arrival, request to return to the disembarkation dock early) will not give rise to any reimbursement whatsoever.
3. Cancellation by Un Bateau à Paris
In the event of cancellation byUn Bateau à Paris, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be refunded in full. However, such cancellation shall not give rise to the payment of damages.
4. Cancellation by the customer
In the event of cancellation by the customer,Un Bateau à Paris undertakes to refund part of the sums paid by the customer under the following conditions:

Cancellation more than 10 days before departure date and time: 50% of the amount paid (including all services ordered) will be refunded.

Cancellation less than 10 days before the excursion departure date and time: the customer is not entitled to any refund.
Weather conditions are not a sufficient reason to cancel your tour. Only the pilot may decide, for reasons of safety or regulatory constraints, not to embark passengers. The cruise will then either be rescheduled at a later date or refunded in full, at the customer’s discretion.

VOTRE EXCURSION
1. Arrival, boarding
Depending on the period, departure days and times may vary (please refer to the conditions indicated on your package).
Unless otherwise agreed with the customer, embarkation takes place at the Port de l’Arsenal à la Bastille (Paris 12ème) at the passenger boarding pontoon.
2. During your trip
The customer is responsible for the surveillance of his/her personal belongings. Un Bateau à Paris declines all responsibility for incidents involving the customer’s civil liability, or for the loss, fall or theft of objects. All customers are required to comply with these rules and regulations. Each guest is responsible for any disturbance or nuisance caused by accompanying persons.
3. Departure, disembarkation
If the galley is made available, the boat must be returned in a perfectly clean condition. You will be responsible for any missing, broken or damaged items, and for restoring the premises if necessary.
Unless otherwise agreed with the customer, disembarkation takes place at the Port de l’Arsenal à la Bastille (Paris 12ème) at the passenger boarding pontoon.
ANIMALS
Pets are not accepted and will not be allowed on the boats.
IMAGE
You authorize Un Bateau à Paris, as well as any person whomUn Bateau à Paris to photograph, record or film you during your excursion from embarkation to disembarkation, and to use said images, sounds, videos and recordings on any medium (in particular on the websites or Internet pages ofUn Bateau à Paris – including facebook -, on presentation and promotional materials, and on travel and tourist guides). This authorization applies both to you and to any persons accompanying you. Its sole purpose is to promote and animate the Un Bateau à Paris excursions and network and will in no way damage your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge, for all countries and for a period of 5 years.
DISPUTE
Any complaint concerning the non-conformity of the services in relation to the contractual commitments can be notified by post or e-mail to Un Bateau à Paris.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR “Un Bateau à Paris”
The customer expressly acknowledges that Un Bateau à Paris shall not be held liable for any false information provided by its partners or by any third party in the brochure, on the Un Bateau à Paris website or on promotional websites concerning excursions, and in particular presentation photos, descriptions, activities, leisure activities, services and operating dates.
All photos and text used in the brochure or on the Un Bateau à Paris website are non-contractual. They are for guidance only. Some of the activities and facilities offered by Un Bateau à Paris and described in the brochure may be cancelled, in particular for climatic reasons or in the event of force majeure as defined by the French courts.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND FREEDOM
The information you give us when placing your order will not be passed on to any third party. This information will be considered confidential by Un Bateau à Paris. They will only be used by the internal services of Un Bateau à Paris, to process your order and to reinforce and personalize the communication and the offer of services reserved for customers of Un Bateau à Paris according to your centers of interest. Terms of Sale
In order to receive benefits offered by a boat in Paris, we ask you to carefully read the terms and conditions below. These conditions govern the sale of excursions offered by the company. Reserving a tour implies full acceptance of our terms and conditions.
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
– The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of a boat in Paris, after receipt of full payment of the benefit. The payment constitutes acceptance of general conditions of sale when booking online.
– Bookings are binding a boat in Paris, if its reservation department accepted them, it only One Boat in Paris is free to do or refuse, depending on availability, and generally, of all circumstances likely to affect the execution of the booking made.

– Booking a tour is made on a strictly personal basis. It can not be transferred in part or in its entirety without the prior consent of a boat in Paris.
PRICES
– Prices are valid for season 2024. They correspond to a trip whose duration and schedules are fixed in advance and for a number of passengers originally indicated at the time of booking. Prices are in euros, VAT and port taxes included.
– A boat Paris reserves the right to deny access to boats to groups or families with a number of participants exceeds the number of passengers originally reported at time of booking.
– Given the uncertainties related to navigation on the Seine (change of locks, traffic, weather, …), the actual navigation time can fluctuate minimum of 15 more or less, compared to the theoretical duration originally planned. BOOKING AND REGISTRATION
Full payment of the benefit must be made at time of booking, either by paying directly from the website at the time of booking or on receipt of an invoice edited by a boat in Paris.
Reservation is blocked from the date of sending electronic invoice for a period of 24 hours. Beyond that deadline, unless expressly agreed with the customer agreement, the reservation will be considered null and void if the full payment of the benefit was not paid by the customer during this term.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
1. Changing your reservation
Customer may request to change its formula tour (date, time, number of passengers, additional services) upon written request from a boat in Paris (mail or e-mail) and up to 10 days before the date of the tour. Lack of availability offered by a boat in Paris, the Customer must make his excursion in the initial conditions of booking. No postponement will be accepted in the following season.
2. No presentation boarding, curtailed services
No shows or boarding trip interrupted or shortened by you (late arrival, return request to the anticipated landing dock) shall not give rise to any refund.
3. Cancellation of a boat in Paris
In case of cancellation made from a boat in Paris, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be reimbursed. This cancellation shall nevertheless not incur the payment of damages.
4. Cancellation by customer
If customer due to cancellation, a boat in Paris is committed to implement partial repayment of amounts incurred by the customer the following conditions:
• Cancellation more than 10 days before the date and time of departure of the tour: 50% of the sums paid (including all services ordered) will be refunded.
• Cancellation less than 10 days before the date and time of departure of the tour: the customer can not claim any refund.
Weather can not be a sufficient excuse to cancel your trip. Only the pilot can decide, for reasons of safety or regulatory constraints, not to proceed with the passenger boarding. The cruise would be selected by the customer is again planned at a later date, be repaid in full.

YOUR TRIP
1. Arrival, departure
Depending on the time, day and departure times vary (refer to the conditions indicated on your form). Unless otherwise established with the client, boarding takes place at the Port of Arsenal Bastille (Paris 12th) passenger boarding pontoon.
2. During your trip
The customer is responsible for monitoring his personal belongings. A boat in Paris disclaims any liability for any incident concerning the civil responsibility of the customer, loss, falling or flying objects. All clients must comply with the rules of procedure. Each title Customer is responsible for disturbances and nuisance caused by persons accompanying him.
3. Departure, landing
In case of provision of the kitchen, the boat must be left perfectly clean. Any missing item, breakage or damage will be your responsibility, as well as the rehabilitation of places if it became necessary.
Unless otherwise established with the client, the landing takes place in the Port of Arsenal Bastille (Paris 12th) passenger boarding pontoon.
ANIMALS
Animals are not allowed to board the boats.
PICTURE
You authorize a boat in Paris, as well as anyone that A boat would replace Paris, photographing you register or film you during your excursion from your embarkation to disembarkation and exploit such images, sounds, videos and recordings on all media (particularly on Internet sites or pages of a boat in Paris – including facebook – on presentation and promotional materials and travel and tourist guides). This authorization applies to both you and those accompanying you. Its sole purpose of ensuring the promotion and animation excursions and the network of a boat in Paris and will in no way affect your reputation. This authorization is granted for free, for all countries and for a period of 5 years.
DISPUTE
Any complaints regarding non-compliance of facilities with regard to contractual obligations may be reported by mail or e-mail to a boat in Paris.
RESPONSIBILITY
The client acknowledges that A boat in Paris can not be held responsible because of the communication by its partners or by any third party of false information that would be mentioned in the brochure, on the website of a boat or Paris on promoting websites on excursions, and particularly its photographs, descriptions, activities, leisure activities, services and dates of operation.
All photos and text used in the brochure or on the website A boat in Paris are not contractual. They are only indicative. It could be that certain activities and facilities offered by a boat in Paris and indicated in the description in the brochure are removed, especially for climatic reasons or force majeure as defined by French courts.
